How to Delete Your Ramsey Account

Deleting your Ramsey account permanently removes access to all Ramsey Solutions products and services linked to that email address.

This may include:

  • SmartDollar
  • EveryDollar
  • Financial Peace University
  • Financial Peace University All Access
  • Any other Ramsey products connected to that email address

Account deletion cannot be undone once it is complete.

Before you delete your account

Before starting the deletion process, make sure you understand that deleting your Ramsey account will permanently remove access to all Ramsey products and services connected to that email address.

You’ll also need access to the email inbox connected to your Ramsey account so you can retrieve the one-time verification code.

How to delete your Ramsey account

  1. Click here.
  2. Sign in with your Ramsey account credentials.
  3. Click Delete Account on the left side of the dashboard.
  4. Click Begin Account Deletion.
  5. Go to your email inbox and open the email from Ramsey Solutions.
  6. Read the email carefully.
  7. Enter the one-time verification code from the email in the field on the Delete Account page.
  8. Click Continue.

After that, you’ll see a notice confirming the deletion is complete. This is the final confirmation notice for your account deletion.

Important reminder

Once your Ramsey account is deleted, the deletion cannot be undone. The team will not be able to restore the account or recover access to Ramsey products and services connected to that email address.
