SmartDollar is typically provided as a financial wellness benefit through an employer or organization. Because of that, your SmartDollar access is connected to that benefit instead of a personal subscription.
Where is my SmartDollar access managed?
Your SmartDollar access is managed through the employer or organization that provides your benefits.
That means you may not see SmartDollar listed with other Ramsey subscriptions, purchases, or billing information in your account.
Do I need to cancel SmartDollar?
If your SmartDollar access is provided through your employer or organization, there usually isn’t a subscription for you to cancel.
If you no longer want to use SmartDollar, you can simply stop signing in. If you’d like your SmartDollar access deactivated, SmartDollar Customer Success can help.
Why can’t I find billing information for SmartDollar?
Since SmartDollar is not a personal subscription, there may not be billing information connected to SmartDollar in your Ramsey account.
If you believe you were personally charged for a Ramsey product, check your account subscriptions or contact the team so they can help look into it.
