Most individual companies will allow you to change the email address on your SmartDollar account. The process is pretty simple. Just follow the steps below to make it happen.
- Sign In to your SmartDollar account
- https://www.smartdollar.com/app/sign-in
- Click My Account in the left sidebar
- Click Update Profile
- Click Change Email
- Enter your SmartDollar Password
- Click Verify Password to prove it's really you
- Enter the New Email you want to use
- Enter the new email again to Confirm Email
- Click Change Email
- SmartDollar will send a verification email to your new email Inbox (or Spam Folder)
- Make sure you Reply to the verification email to complete the process
- That's it!
SSO Exceptions
If your employer uses a verification process called SSO: Single Sign-On, you will be required to use the email address assigned to your company benefits account at work.
This may be your work email address.
