Deactivate SmartDollar
Deactivating allows you to disable your SmartDollar account without deleting your other Ramsey Solutions accounts connected to the same email address. This is the way to go if want to keep using EveryDollar or any other Ramsey Solutions account you own. Our SmartDollar support team can safely deactivate your SmartDollar account to allow you to keep using your other Ramsey products.

Delete SmartDollar
WARNING!
DO NOT DELETE your SmartDollar account if you have other Ramsey Solutions accounts connected to the same email address. If you delete your SmartDollar account, it will also delete ALL of your Ramsey Solutions accounts and data including:
- EveryDollar
- Financial Peace University
- RamseyPlus
- Entreleadership Elite
- Ramsey Audiobooks app
- and more...
If you really want to delete your SmartDollar account and ALL Ramsey Solutions accounts connected to the same email address, just follow the steps below:
- Sign In to SmartDollar
- Click My Account at the bottom of the left of the screen
- Make sure the Correct Email account is displayed in the blue banner at the top
- Click Manage Account in the Account window
- Click the Begin Account Deletion button
- Check Your Inbox to verify your identity via email
- Follow the link in the email to Permanently Delete your account
- Read the entire "We hate to see you go!" message
- You will lose access to ALL Ramsey products linked to this account
- ALL DATA will be permanently lost across ALL Ramsey Solutions accounts including:
- EveryDollar
- Financial Peace University
- RamseyPlus
- Entreleadership Elite
- Ramsey Audiobooks app
- and more...
- To proceed, click the Continue Account Deletion button
- Read the entire Confirm Account Deletion message
- Are you sure you want to delete your Ramsey Account?
- This action cannot be undone!
- By deleting your account, you will lose access to all Ramsey products and services
- To proceed, click Yes, Delete My Account
- You will then see a confirmation screen
- We will miss you so.
- Your account has been successfully deleted.
- P.S. If you have a change of heart, you can always come back and create a new account. We'll be here. (This will not restore your previous accounts. It's a clean start.)
