If you’re enrolled in SmartDollar, your benefit includes access to EveryDollar Premium.
If EveryDollar doesn’t look like it has Premium access, you may be signed in with a different email address than the one connected to your SmartDollar benefit.
Check the email address you’re using
Your SmartDollar benefit is connected to the email address you used when you enrolled.
To check your access:
- Sign out of EveryDollar.
- Sign back in using the same email address connected to your SmartDollar account.
- Check whether your Premium features are available.
Make sure your SmartDollar enrollment is complete
If your SmartDollar enrollment was not fully completed, your EveryDollar Premium access may not be connected yet.
To check your enrollment:
- Go to your SmartDollar sign-in page here.
- Sign in with the email address you used to enroll.
- Complete any remaining prompts.
- Open EveryDollar from your SmartDollar account.
If you have more than one Ramsey account
Some users have more than one Ramsey account under different email addresses.
If you created a separate EveryDollar account before enrolling in SmartDollar, your budgeting history or Premium access may be connected to a different login.
SmartDollar accounts cannot be merged, and the team is not able to move progress, history, or account information from one account to another.
The best next step is to continue using the account connected to your current SmartDollar benefit.
What if I’m still not seeing Premium access?
If you’re signed in with the correct email address and still don’t see EveryDollar Premium, submit a request so the team can help.
When contacting the team, please include:
- The email address connected to your SmartDollar account
- The email address you’re using to sign in to EveryDollar
- Your employer or organization name
- A screenshot of what you’re seeing in EveryDollar
