If you watch or complete content directly through EveryDollar, that activity may not count toward your SmartDollar points.
How SmartDollar points work
Some employers or organizations use SmartDollar points to track progress toward a goal or incentive.
To earn SmartDollar points, make sure you’re signed in to your SmartDollar account and viewing eligible content from within SmartDollar.
Why EveryDollar content may not count
EveryDollar and SmartDollar are connected, but they don’t track all activity the same way.
Content viewed directly through EveryDollar may not be eligible for SmartDollar points because it may not be tracked as SmartDollar activity.
How to make sure your progress counts
- Sign in to your SmartDollar account.
- Access content from inside SmartDollar.
- Complete eligible SmartDollar lessons, videos, or activities.
- Check your SmartDollar progress to confirm your activity is being tracked.
What if I’m working toward an employer incentive?
If your employer or organization offers an incentive connected to SmartDollar points, check with your HR or benefits team to confirm:
- What activities are eligible
- How many points are required
- Whether EveryDollar activity counts toward the incentive
- When progress is reviewed
