How to troubleshoot sign-in issues
- Go to the Ramsey SmartTax login page here.
- Try signing in from a different browser.
- Open an incognito or private browsing window in your current browser and try signing in again.
- Clear your cache and cookies.
- Try signing in again.
If you filed with TaxSlayer directly
Ramsey SmartTax is powered by TaxSlayer. If you previously filed directly through TaxSlayer, visit the Ramsey SmartTax login page here to continue.
TaxSlayer and Ramsey SmartTax use separate login credentials because they are independent platforms.
If you have multiple usernames
You may have multiple usernames registered with Ramsey SmartTax under the same email address.
If you’re not sure which username is associated with your email address, submit the username help form here to receive an emailed list of all usernames connected to that email address.
