Your company may ask for your Last Name, Year of Birth, and Last Four Digits of your Social Security Number to verify your eligibility. For your protection, the Sign Up process will verify this info so only you can redeem your SmartDollar benefit. There are three things that may cause this error:
1. New Hire?
Your info may not be in our system yet if you were just hired last week or even last month. This one will usually resolve itself. Typically, your company just needs a little more time to get your info over to us. Feel free to contact your HR or Benefits team to see where they are in the process. Once you're in the system, you'll be able to sign up for your SmartDollar benefit. You can Submit a request and our SmartDollar Support Team can see if you're on the list.
2. Account Claimed?
You may have already claimed your SmartDollar account in the past with a different email address. We don't recommend trying to sign in with seven different email addresses. That could create even more problems for you. Just Submit a request and our SmartDollar Support Team can see if your account has already been redeemed with another email address.
3. Info Mismatch?
The info you entered may not match the info on the eligibility file for your company. You can Submit a request and our SmartDollar Support Team will help you verify the required enrollment info.
