You may get this error message if your email address is connected to an existing EveryDollar, Ramsey Plus, or FPU account. The enrollment process for Sharecare/CareFirst and Trilogy/Virgin Pulse doesn't know how to link your existing consumer account to a corporate SmartDollar account. Not to worry.
