Sharecare Email & Password
Sharecare uses a special enrollment process called SSO: Single Sign-On. You must have a Sharecare account set up in order to claim your SmartDollar with EveryDollar Premium benefit. Make sure to enter the email address and password assigned to your work Sharecare account. If you have any questions about the email or password assigned to your Sharecare account, please contact your HR team or the Sharecare Help Center:

You will get this error message if your email address is connected to an existing consumer EveryDollar, Ramsey Plus, or FPU account. The Sharecare process doesn't know how to link your existing consumer account to a corporate SmartDollar. Not to worry. The SmartDollar Support Team can help you resolve this issue.
