Passwords are hard. If you forget your password or are getting an error saying you are entering the wrong password for your account, you can follow our Forgot Password path to reset it by following the steps below.
- Go to www.smartdollar.com and click Sign In.
- After clicking Sign In, click Forgot Your Password? and type in your email address and click Send Password Reset Link.
- Once you receive the email, click the Reset Your Password button
- Type in your new password, make sure you're meeting all the requirements
- Finish by clicking Change Password
*Please note, for security purposes, the password reset link expires after 24 hours.*
Please allow up to 5 minutes before re-requesting the password reset email, as only the most recent password reset link will result in a valid password reset.
