When you're setting up your account for the first time, we want to make sure that your email address belongs to you and nobody else, so we send a verification email. Verification emails can take a few minutes to come through. Here are some steps you can use to troubleshoot this:
- Wait. The email could take up to 15 minutes depending on the security of your internet connection.
- Check your Spam and Junk folders, you probably saw this one coming, didn't you?
- Search your entire inbox for "DoNotReply@ramseysolutions.com", this is the address the email is coming from.
If that doesn't work, there's a good chance that the emails are getting caught up in your company's firewall. If you're not seeing your emails after two attempts, reach out to your IT department and ask them to check and see if those emails are being held.
