This means just what it says, we've met before! You've used your email with one of our websites in the past (EveryDollar or Financial Peace University) and SmartDollar knows that. All of our sites are connected behind the scenes. Don't worry, you can still sign up. Here's how:
- First, you need to reset your password associated with your email address if you don't know it already. Head back to your company's enrollment page and click Sign Up to restart the process. When you see the "We found an existing account for that email address" message, there will be a link in there to reset your password. Click the Forgot Password? option and enter your email address.
- Once you receive the password reset email and create your NEW password, go back to the enrollment page again and click Sign Up to restart the process.
- Fill out the form just like before but enter the NEW password when prompted.
- After entering the NEW password, click Sign In to complete the process.
